Frequently Asked Questions

The delivery times depend upon which country and which postage method we use, see below:


Sweden: 1-2 working days.

Scandinavia: 2-4 working days.

The rest of the EU: 2-4 working days. Cyprus, Romania and Bulgaria 4-7 working days.

Outside the EU: Delivery times vary depending on which country the package is going to.

The postal service will leave a note telling you where you can collect your package.

If you have received the wrong product/s then you should return them back to us. When we receive it/them, we will correct the mistake and send you the right product to you, at no cost. If you receive the wrong product/s please contact: customerservice@misstunica.com

Should you not feel satisfied with a product then you may claim a refund from us. In order to do so you need to send all the products back to us together with the completed claim form. You can find the forms here: Returns form >>. Once we receive the products we review them and provide you with an answer to whether the refund will be granted or not.
If you have purchased a product and feel for example that the colour isn’t right, you can exchange your product or get a refund as long as the packaging seal has not been broken. Use the Returns form >> for sending a product back to us. The return postage is not covered by Miss Tunica.

Our tunics are true to size, but if you are in between sizes and are unsure of which one to choose, please have a look at our size guide>> for reference.

Hand wash in cold water, using washing powder without bleaching agents.


Dry flat, and steam to get the tunic back to its original shape.

Alternatively, carefully iron at a low setting on the reverse side of the fabric.
No dry cleaning.
All tunics have been pre-washed before being sold on misstunica.com, however, there is still a chance of up to 5% shrinkage.
